Payment Options

My full fee is $250 per 50-minute session, but I do have a frequency discount of $200 per session for those who attend weekly and qualify for the reduced fee. I also offer a limited number of lower-fee sliding-scale sessions as they become available for those who qualify.

I accept Medicare (if it is the primary payer), but have a limited number of Medicare slots available. Individuals are financially responsible for any session costs (at the Medicare reimbursement rate) that are not paid by Medicare or their Supplemental insurance. 
 
Out-of-Network Benefits:
I am not paneled with any other insurance companies; however, if you have a PPO, you are likely able to obtain some reimbursement for sessions with an out-of-network psychologist. Make sure you call your insurance provider to verify this (and the percentage of their allowed fee that you will be reimbursed) before your first session, since I am unable to guarantee reimbursement of your expenses by your insurance company. I will provide you a monthly statement that you then submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement at whatever rate they reimburse. 
 
Payment for sessions is at the beginning of each session by cash, check, or Zelle.
